The release of Rainbow: Six Siege is coming, and Ubisoft is preparing for one last test – open beta in which all can participate. Here’s what you will be able to try.
The Rainbow Six Siege open beta starts on 25.11. and ends on 29.11., Ubisoft announced. Those who got into recently closed beta will get access to the open beta a day earlier, on 24.11. although the exact time is still not known.
In the open beta we will be able to play cops and criminals in three maps – canal, Hereford and House in three different modes. Two of them are PvP type (Bomb and Secure Area), and one is PvE mode called Disarm Bomb in which 1-5 players (yes, you can play alone in this mode) try to get the group of terrorists on one of the available maps.
All of that you will be able to try looking through the virtual eyes of fourteen different operatives, or classes. But keep in mind that everything you achieve in an open beta is there only for testing purposes, your progress will not be transferred to the final version of the game when it’s available on December 1. With the announcement of the open beta, Ubisoft has released a new trailer for the game called “Siege the Day”.
