Dear parents, aunts and uncles and all those who have someone younger whom you want to give something fun and educational, and you live in the US or Canada: pay attention to the great Kamigami programmable robots.
Kamigami robots look and move like big insects, they are very colorful and the child must assemble them before they can be used. Thanks to application for Android and iOS that comes with it for Android and iOS, Kamigami connects via Bluetooth with your devices, so you can control it over your smartphone or tablet.
Although the name Kamigami sounds Japanese and reminds of the art of making origami, these robots are actually coming from the United States.
As you can see for yourself in the video, these robots move very fast, when dropped in the air land on the feet, and can do a headstand. They can be connected to each other, so more children can play with Kamigami robots together. There are three models to choose from, in three colors: Musubi, Inari and Goki.
Kamigami robots were presented through a campaign on Kickstarter a few days ago, and they have already raised more than $ 20,000 of the required 50,000.
On Kickstarter, one Kamigami costs $ 50, and those who want to get in January, will pay ten dollars more. Unfortunately, the delivery will be available only in the US and Canada.
